Preparing the perfect drink

With the market for pre-mixed drinks so huge now, access to ice is even more important. Pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants are being asked to provide a huge range of both soft and alcoholic drinks. To be enjoyed at their best, these drinks need to be pre-chilled and served over ice. Serving the perfect drink is a five step process:
  1. Select an appropriate glass for the drink
  2. Add a good quantity of solid, clear ice
  3. Pour the drink over the ice
  4. Add a fruit slice
  5. Present the finished product to the customer
